I thought about asking a 12-man tipi for a gift, hiring a minibus for about £ 130 (unless you can find nowhere cheaper) and camping at a site near London. I want to invite 10 people, plus myself and my parents are sleeping in a tent that we already have. QUESTIONS: My birthday is June 29, a Tuesday, so what day do you think I should have it on or should I wait for summer vacation starting July 23? Do you think it's too expensive a party? That other tents would you suggest that fit about 10 people who are around £ 150?
Thank you in advance! I think something like this needs a lot of first thought. Have you talked to your parents? Taking 10 teenagers camping is something that some parents might not like the idea of. What about your parents' friends? Would they be happy? It can be difficult to find somewhere to camp with many teenagers. You do not say how long. The other thing is what you gonna do with the tent later? Unlikely that you will use it too often. Who will drive the minibus? Not all driving a minibus car cover. If it's just two days £ 130 is probably cheap. What other facilities? Do you intend to cook?
Why would you want to sleep away from your friends? be sure to wear condoms. Lots of condoms. I would ask your friends have tents, it will save you money - Do it on a weekend, or as said, the summer holidays. Id bring flashlights, a portable BBQ (The lowest price, but you can Tesco for about £ 2) and warm clothing a month ago you said you had a blast BIRTHDAY? Posted on May 20, 2012. Holiday for my GF and I in Mexico? Until now, the choices are for me Isla Mujeres Puerto Vallarta Cancun La Paz Playa Del Carmen Mazatlan Nuevo Vallarta
Not looking to spend over $ 1,500 for the hotel + airfare.
Where do you think I have the best time. The trip is for my girlfriend and me We want a place to relax with a nice beach. Not too touristy.
What do you think? Can you recommend another place that my list? Or should I stay in one place on the list .. Viva Mexico With the other two suggestions range that you received posters added to your original list, you have nine choices for your holiday destination. I do not know anything about you or your girlfriend other than "you want a place to relax with a beautiful beach that is not too touristy." Honestly, there are literally dozens of places in Mexico that match your criteria. My advice would be for you and your friend to do research on each place on your list and based on that research to decide for yourself what is the best place is for you both. You've given a dollar up to $ 1,500, but can not say how long a stay that you are looking for ... 5,7,10 days? 2 weeks? Is $ 1500 just airfare and hotel, or is this your total budget? Looking for an all-inclusive package? Air and hotel? Air, hotel and food? All this information is necessary to effectively plan a trip anywhere. Sorry I could not be more helpful. Buena suerte y buen viaje! juan23
** Por mi carnal Oswaldo ... Orale! Viva Oswaldo. Sorry have to say first.
Uh, I went to every place you have listed. If you want cheap, then choose Mazatlan. If you want great non-tourist, then choose La Paz. Isla Mujeres is also quite relaxed, but I found the ferry loads of people who come there every hour 1 / 2 an exaggeration to say that it is not touristy. Everywhere else you mentioned is a tourist center.
Seriously, if you want to see the real Mexico, you must move within the tracks .... wherever there is a beach there is a tourist area! Mazatlan is beautiful! Just the right amount of tourists and a beautiful beach. Search staying in the resorts of El Cid, they have awesome parties. nightclubs and lots of activities in the city.
Jump to www.travelbestbets.com They have lots of offers (if you're Canadian) and you can find packages at low prices. I liked the large hotel and Manzanillo Las Hadas has one of the best breakfast buffets. The entire area around the hotel is quite far from downtown and the beaches will be almost deserted at this time of year. In addition, it is a bit cooler there.
lashadas.com and Las Hadas has a good overview for you
Oswaldo I start you if you continue, you will get a hell of a lot of "best answers" if you do not want it too touristy you would probably need to go to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan or La Paz I also recommend you visit his monterrey nowhere near the beach, but it has many mountains, rivers, lakes, caves, etc. an ideal place if you want to have fun Look at the number one rated hotel in Tulum (two hours south of Cancun). At $ 64 the night is a real gem. Click on the link below and read the comments. Discover this place here. sandcastleshores.com romantic, gorgeous beaches, not touristy. My husband and I stayed there a few months ago. Can not wait to go back! $ 1,500 for two for 3 days without food and the room of 2 stars. What many do not go very far. Posted on May 20, 2012. How can I get liability insurance for rental car in a foreign country? We travel to Spain this summer, and neither the car rental agencies (Avis or Hertz), our insurance provider stateside (State Farm), or our company credit card (American Express) offer liability coverage in a foreign country. I would love anyone advice or experience may have with this. I believe that Avis and Hertz do not specify their information on the liability coverage in Europe. Liability insurance (liability and property damage based) is included in the price of the vehicle, up to the minimum limits required by the law of particular countries.
When they say that liability insurance is not available to purchase, then there is no additional options for liability insurance to purchase.
Well you notice when booking a car in the U.S. there is an insurance option called ALI (LIABILITY additional insurance) - what this does is raise the cover tenants in civil liability and Damage property damage beyond the minimum required by law. (The car is automatically covered up to the minimum limit of liability).
If you call a representative of Avis or Hertz, they will be able to confirm that the basic liability insurance is already included in the price for rental in Spain. Remember that only public liability and property damage is covered .. no damage or theft of the rental car itself.
Hope this helps! You will need to obtain insurance from a supplier in Spain. Perhaps your agent writing certain guarantees with Lloyd's of London, sometimes they can help. carinsurance.enacre.net - try this one. I have their auto insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service. Posted on May 20, 2012. You probably want to run this past your agent to be sure. If the results of an accident or murder, one of the things you listed (as if he tries to escape by climbing over the wall and falls and dies), the insurance pays nothing.
If the murder or accident is not the result of any of these things, the insurance pays. All insurance is about the same. If it is in an accident, not drunk or drugged, he would be covered. If he is in prison?? Ask your agent. You've answered your question. There is an exclusion if your husband commits suicide. See Section H. .. It may be a problem Posted on May 20, 2012. How much money do I need for a month long holiday in Italy one!? Please help? I thought AUD $ 15 000 (equivalent to £ 10,986.95 by XE)
I already paid for return flights and accommodation in Italy.
I also decided to go to Berlin for a week or two. I think it could cost around 200 euros for flights and I stay in a hotel very cheap.
So my question is would enough to 10,986.95 EUR a month long holiday in Italy and a trip to Berlin? Or should I try to save more? > I'm going to spend money on food, transportation, activities and shopping.
Btw I'm going in October 2011.
TIA You ... what? Twenty thousand? Dollars? I traveled to Europe when I was fourteen on a Eurail ticket, and had a budget Deutsche twothousand for two months. That was a load of money in those days, but still I stayed at the camping sites in my sleeping bag and very rarely taken refuge at the hotel. Would not have worked any other way. Your route seems a little confused. If you come from the West, ie America, you shoud probably start with the UK, then go to Amsterdam / Netherlands, Brussels / Belgium, Paris / France, Cologne / Germany, Munich / Germany , Venice / Italy, Rome / Italy, Athens / Greece, Prague / Czech Republic, and from there take a flight to Madrid / Spain and fly home from there.
$ 20,000 U.S.? For a month? yeah, you should be fine. If it's a typo, and you only have $ 2000. Nope. You will not even be able to cover your airfare and train for it! And you will never be able to do everything in a month anyway! I took three to about that! How do you think Europe is small, anyway? Yes 10,986.95 should be enough if you backpack: P With approximately 11,000 euros, you have more than you need for the entire trip, including accommodation and airfare. Since you have already paid for flights and accommodation, this amount is excessive, unless you plan to be buying a lot of clothing design or similar. This is equivalent to about 370 euros per day for a month. You should not be anywhere close to that on most days of your particular trip in October when prices are lower than during the peak tourist season.
You can find train schedules and prices here: ... http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.js .
Entrance fees for museums, galleries and other attractions can be found on their websites, but they are generally below 15 euros. When I go out to explore here, I'm usually has 25 to 50 euros for a meal, but you can eat very well at the lower end of that range. It is not necessary to have both pasta and a meat dish and dessert at every meal.
If you are here at the end of October, the festival will run Eurochocolate Perugia. Posted on May 20, 2012. Does anyone know anything about grand majestic hotel batam? What advice do you have for someone secrete about to vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina? I look for things like best places to eat or unknown, offers the best beach, anything you might have discovered that might be useful to a visitor. You have a great time in Myrtle Beach! I take my family very soon as well. There are so many things to do here is enormous. I have many favorites. We really enjoyed holding the Big Daddy to the pier, 2nd Avenue. It is small, but right on the ocean and the food was good and relaxed. Holiday Sands South is a great place to stay. We love going there because the price is unbeatable (make sure to click on discounts and promotions). The condos are only a year and come with a full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. They have a pool and a lazy river. A restriction OnSight. The full kitchen can save a ton of $. In general, we have lunch in our condo and for dinner. In this way, we did not leave the beach for long!
There are so many things we like to do, I do not know where to start. No special secrets well. Barefoot Landing is fun is if Broadway at the Beach. Amusement Park Family Kingdom is great for children. Not really but fun thrill ride and decent prices. Of course, they have the new Hard Rock Park. It's supposed to be awesome and judging by the ongoing construction last year, it is pretty cool. We like to hit the outlet malls. There is the Nascar Cafe if you're in NASCAR. They have good food and karts. Chicagos pizza is delicious! Huntington Beach State Park is supposed to be a zone of its nature reserves. We have not been there yet, but hopefully this trip. Myrtle Beach State Park is a clean too. We camped there several years ago. A great inexpensive way to go.
You can go and get a barefootlanding.com favorite card sent to you and get discounts on many restraunts and shopping. If you leave too early to get the card you can get one there. However, they mail them FAST. I ordered one last Friday and already have it.
You can go to the Tanger Outlet site and get coupons for Myrtle Beach and go to Broadway on the beach site and get coupons for things there. You can also visit the Kingdom of the family and print coupons out there.
You can go to www.tripadvisor.com and obtain feedback on most places in Myrtle Beach. Feel free to email me with questions. We've been about 5 times in the last ten years. This is by far our favorite vacation spot!
Bon voyage! Living in Myrtle Beach, and the host family and friends, I was charged several times to come with good business with a tight budget. With this experience, I give the following advice. 1) When making a booking or request to buy tickets or discount offers. Many of them will be unannounced and change regularly. 2) Always leave the ticket seller know if you are active or retired military, a senior, a local resident, a member of AAA, a teacher, etc. 3) If you plan to do an activity several times to ask about a season pass. Eg several of the area miniature golf courses are owned by the same company. If you play 10 rounds on these courses during your stay a season pass will save you $ 3.00 per round. 4) Residents can purchase a vehicle state park passes to the local library for $ 30.00. What is good for one year from date of purchase for unlimited admission to all South Carolina State Parks. 5) There are 4 different books of coupons for attractions throughout the region. These services are free and available at tourist information centers and is free outside many area stores.
The Myrtle Beach Herald is running a weekly list of activities and free events throughout the summer. Fun free. Posted on May 19, 2012. Does anyone know anything about wailea accomodations? Flight 1028 passenger: I thought we were going to crash By Carter Robertson Special to The Denver Post Article Last Updated: 01/24/2008 4:16:48 PM MST

* 21 January: * 10 United hospitalized on turbulent flight
Editor's note: Carter Robertson was United Flight 1028 with his wife, daughter and future son-in on Monday. They were in Hawaii on vacation and were returning to Virginia. The aircraft encountered turbulence and was diverted to Denver at 2:55 Eight passengers and two flight attendants were injured.
The aircraft was close to being full - 187 crew counting - and he was approaching the time for takeoff. Everyone was set for the relatively short flight to Chicago. As we drove on the track, I'm sure nobody had a clue what was coming.
As we approached the mark 37 000 feet, the captain turned off the seatbelt light. Flight attendants were the distribution of beverages to the passengers of three to four rows in front of me. The flight to date, again, was so remarkably smooth as I would say it's as if we were floating on clouds.
I decided that I would spend a drink and start with my nap. I had not closed his eyes when, without warning - not even the slightest hint of what would happen - it happened.
* In a split second an indescribable force violently sucked the 700-foot vertical plane and in another split second he pushed down the same 700 feet. (Care to find the probability of survival in a physics book) * How did he know it was 700 feet from top to bottom? * What is the weather radar say about this? * Is there any incident recorded in the history of aviation that resembles, even this? * Plays satellite imagery?
People who were not buckled in were thrown up, hitting the wall. I was very tight loop, but has been hanging over my head for the roller coaster ride.
* The flight attendants were also thrown up into the ceiling of the plane, bouncing and return to the cabin floor.
The beverage cart was lifted on the ground and landed at an angle against a passenger. A flight attendant was injured women while taking the trolley from the cockpit. Pillows, blankets, ice, cups and cans flew through the plane in all directions. Women and children (and I am sure even some men) screamed.
* The force was not only a gentle movement back and forth. * The aircraft was in a constant state of vibrating, shuddering and rolling during this unexpected vertical ride. * There is no way I can do justice in describing the violent nature of this unprovoked attack on the aircraft.
I can only say that in 5-10 seconds this event has occurred which ran a lot of things in my mind. In an instant, I knew we were all dead, the aircraft could not withstand the violent forces of attacking at all angles.
* As the thoughts continued to race, the second ticked by, and the aircraft was now in a nose dive 6,000 feet. * I quickly realized that the plane had actually survived one of the most evil forces of nature, and now we were driving toward the Rocky Mountains at 400 mph. Probability of survival of this incident? 700 to -7 - feet, then a pi 6000, "plunge".

Does anyone know a good place to stay in Starkville MS? Due to unfortunate circumstances (the fact that my friend and I are geographically illiterate and thought we lived closer to each other), I will meet halfway for a weekend ... Starkville we thought would be a great, wonderful, place of historical importance to hang out and have a good time. It has nothing to do with the fact that this is the place where the Mississippi State University and all the bars are great college.
The problem is that we do not know if a good place to stay would be the last time we went we had reservations at the Kappa Sigma house, thinking it was a hotel in the Greek Revival and therefore have a bit of a memory piecemeal weekend.
Anyone have any ideas on where we should stay? We would like something that has wifi and jello fighting equipment, if possible. Thank you in advance. Um, I just called Starkville, they said the ban into the city is still ongoing. I might be able to talk to them allowing you to drive through, but you will need a police escort. Incidentally, Hendricks officers say hello and Peeler. They said to bring your table tennis balls (whatever that means). Can I suggest a mini trip down the Mississippi River. You two can be like Huck and Jim, including the sexual tension gay. Mark Twain could not have written better. Jello necessary control, wifi a plus.
I do not know why everyone thinks that we will JUST because he happens to be where a bunch of frat guys hot drag, I mean why would anyone go anywhere for that reason alone? I want to go to the historic significance and landscape.
Of course, last time I took these pictures to be developed after the last trip I called the cops on me ...
I did not know it was illegal to do this kind of thing with a stuffed penguin and a sombrero.
The parrot is very good, but Eric keeps trying to tell me it was a cockatoo. It is a dirty bird. I have no idea, but I would not count on joining Star in. You see, she got drunk and is currently spent on my couch. BTW, I know she said something about $ 10, but you'd be interested to know how far a sum really go. Anyway the drinks were good and the sex was even better. There are only a few hotels in the area, but here you go:
Microtel http://www.resideo.com/us/mississippi/st ... Rooms start @ $ 72/nt, gets good reviews
Comfort Suites http://www.resideo.com/us/mississippi/st ... Rooms start @ $ 104/nt, good reviews and
Days Inn http://www.resideo.com/us/mississippi/st ... Rooms start @ $ 76/nt, but a lot of negative comments.

I have plans to travel around Southeast Asia for 3 to 4 weeks.
Part of this trip is to visit Malaysian Borneo. I am not sure of the area and your advice is much appreciated.
Flying in Brunei (Brunei Airlines Royal Melbourne, Australia) to look around. Then the plan to the head of Kota Kinabalu and its surroundings. How can you travel from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu (the cheapest, but time is too wise).
I intend to rely in KK. Others say to visit Danum Valley, Sepilok, islands off the east coast and poring hot springs? Do you recommend visiting these places? and what other places do you recommend is not to be missed. More transport. I was looking at possibly booking a guided trip fearless northern Borneo, but i figure I could manage by myself and save more authentic travel experience. I wonder if when i land they offer tours of these sites KK? For example, local businesses, it ... For me, my vacation is on a budget, not too fancy on lodging in dormitory property.
I also understand that the eastern part of Borneo Travel warnings of kidnapping and so on because of the proximity of minandao risky (phillipines). I do not plan to travel specifically at this part but I wonder if that is true or just media spin.
Any expereinces personal travel to Borneo and advice is welcome. So I'm going to do this solo, so any advice from the region on friendly meeting other travelers are welcome. Terminal Island is great my dear, are u intending to go to Sabah in Borneo or the set that includes Sarawak and other places too?
Well, my friend told me, from KK u can go to Kundasang, bus. It is very close to Mount Kinabalu. Anyway, u are planning to climb the mountain?
since I've never been to Borneo (Even if I'm in Malaysia), thus, always better to be safe and ask someone who was there any other forums. After exploring the site, you will have a very clear idea of ae‹ae‹what awaits you, so you can be prepared. [Security is not really a problem in the inner region of Malaysia, unless you go to the islands near the border with the Philippines, but being an Australian, you stand .... the people are friendly, but be prepared to know how to take care of yourself.]
The cheapest mode of travel from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu is probably by plane. You can actually make a journey by land, for example, Brunei to Sarawak ..... then in Kota Kinabalu, Tawau and then to Sandakan-Lahad Datu and Kudat to return to Kota Kinabalu.
